曾有段时间情绪很不稳定，上着课无缘无故会泣不成声，内心焦虑得像困了只要择人而噬的野兽，在人前脸上还一派不动声色，最糟糕的是自己并不知道这焦虑从何而来，痛不欲生还找不到病灶想乱投医都不知从何下手。

然后刚好那时写论文时一直在听这首歌，每次听到Remember all the sadness and frustration/And let it go let it go都有种在自暴自弃中逐渐痊愈的感觉。
